If you’re a founder, SLT member or manager with ADHD, whether diagnosed or not, I know from my own experiences that traditional advice probably hasn’t stuck. Not because you lack discipline, but because most business playbooks weren’t designed for how your brain processes time, priorities and pressure.
Here’s the difference: I combine neurodiversity‑informed coaching (specialising in ADHD and dyslexia, with experience mentoring autistic colleagues in the workplace) with hands‑on delivery as a Fractional MD.
